1. The contents on this website i.e.paintings are all hand painted by artists.
  2. For paintings in the gallery, the order is delivered within the mentioned number of days. But if the size is customized then it would take between 15 days to 1 month for delivery.
  3. Customized paintings will take a longer time (a minimum of one month to a maximum of three months). For More complex works the artist will confirm the duration needed along with the quote through mail.
  4. Paintings in the GALLERY SECTION are sold in different sizes and prints. Whereas customized paintings will not be remade or copied and the customer who had placed the order will own it entirely, except it will be used in social media for advertisement purposes.
  5. Framing option is not available unless the customer directly collects the painting.
  6. The deliveries are handled by reputed courier services who can understand the sensitivity and the uniqueness of the product. The item will reach customers in well-weatherproof packing and shielding. In case of any damage kindly revert back in mail within 2 days of delivery along with photos.
  7. All the paintings will carry the signature of the artist and the copyright for the painting will be owned by the artist.
  8. In case the customer wants to buy the copyright of the painting for usage in other products or to print it, a separate cost will be charged.
  9. 30 % payment to be made in advance on placing the order, 20 % once the rough sketch is approved and the remaining 50% to be made once the picture of the completed artwork is sent after which the original copy will be delivered via courier. Photos of the progress of the painting will be sent at regular intervals.
  10. Any usage of logo, image, paintings, etc. of this website for other purposes without the artist’s permission will be termed illegal.
